Access, Affordability & Equipment Grant Program

Helping qualified organizations expand access to diagnostic tools, veterinary supplies, educational resources, and practical implementation support.

Program Overview

The Aesculapius Foundation's Access, Affordability & Equipment Grant Program is designed to support qualified organizations that serve underserved animals, communities, farms, or veterinary care settings. Through this program, eligible applicants may request donated or grant-supported diagnostic equipment, supplies, testing materials, educational resources, or implementation support that align with the Foundation's mission.

The goal is not simply to lower cost. The goal is to improve access to reliable care by helping organizations use diagnostics, supplies, and education in ways that support earlier detection, better care decisions, reduced avoidable expense, and stronger community health capacity.

Requests are reviewed case by case. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Awards depend on available funding, donated equipment, partner support, program priorities, and eligibility review.

Review Criteria

Requests may be evaluated based on community need, population served, organizational capacity, intended use, ability to maintain and responsibly use equipment, expected impact, affordability benefit, and alignment with the Foundation's charitable and educational purposes.

Important: Grant support is not an entitlement and should not be represented as guaranteed funding, free equipment, or automatic approval.

Submit a Grant Request

Qualified organizations may submit a formal grant request through the Foundation's Access, Affordability & Equipment Grant Request form. The form collects organization details, nonprofit or service status, population served, requested equipment or supplies, intended use, need statement, expected impact, affordability benefit, and maintenance capacity.

Requests are submitted securely through Google Forms and logged in the Foundation's response system.

The grant request form opens in a new tab on Google Forms. If you have an urgent inquiry, contact contact@aesculapiusfoundation.org.
